Overseer 100/200 series is the latest high-end, full-featured, high-pixel printed image observation system launched by Observer. This camera web inspection system adopts a new hardware platform, supports a new customized graphical interface, and is equipped with a touch screen and enhanced light source. It can provide high-end customers with smooth operation, powerful functions, and clear and delicate image quality.

Conventional field of view and ultra-large field of view

Different customers have different requirements for field of view, but being able to see more pictures at a time is an unchanging pursuit. The Overseer 100/200 series provides a conventional field of view of 100x75mm (using the Observer 4000M camera web inspection system) and a newly developed ultra-large field of view of 200x120mm.

Dual camera collaboration

The double-sided collaborative printing of front and back overprinting and die-cutting with simple design product packaging is increasingly appearing in the market, which puts forward new requirements for printed image observation systems. Requirements such as specifying multiple locations for viewing at the same time (fixed-point cruise) and quickly scanning the entire layout (full-width scanning) are also testing the product. Therefore, the Overseer series supports dual-camera collaboration. The two cameras can complete fixed-point cruising and full-width scanning on one side and the front and back sides of the printed material. The touch-screen graphical work interface and task-based menu bring great convenience to customers' operations.

Fixed-point cruise (PPS)

Users can easily manage fixed-point cruise in the Overseer web inspection system in a task-based manner. Fixed-point cruise can be used to focus on trademarks, numbers, decimal points, overprint crosshairs and other places where printing errors are easy to occur. Users only need to specify the position where the camera needs to stay on the rail, and can also ask the system how to take pictures at each point to show the printing effect, including the size of the image, the duration of stay, etc.

Full format scanning (AutoScan)

In order to improve printing efficiency, high speed and wide format are becoming the trend of the printing industry. The Overseer series can quickly calculate the width of the printing format and automatically display the entire printing format quickly and efficiently.

Users can also scan only in the X direction (guide direction) or Y direction (paper feeding direction).

Backlight box and special light source can be installed

Observer3000/4000 series can be equipped with manual/electric backlight box on the back of the printed material, which is especially suitable for special occasions of double-sided and multi-layer printing. The backlight box uses high-brightness and long-life LED light source, which can penetrate multi-layer and thick printing materials. Special light sources (optional) can also be installed according to customer needs, including: UV, varnish, hot stamping, etc.

Improved guide rail

The Overseer series uses a new and improved guide rail, which ensures stable operation of the camera while running more smoothly. With the dual-speed motor, it brings users fine low-speed operation and smooth high-speed.
